To those offering the “remake the deleted email” solution, Microsoft blocked me out of my email when I tried to recover it (it was a junk email and I didn’t have much info but I tried with what I had) so it automatically blocked it so that no one could do anything else with the account/it couldn’t be deleted.
Makes me wish I hadn’t tried to recover it..
So unfortunately the easy fix will not work for me, I’m sorry guys.
Till this is resolved, I’ll be accessing tumblr through the account, http://tiny–peridot.tumblr.com .
